The player is not compatible with the Content Transfer for Mac software. To transfer music content stored on a Mac computer to the player, you need to install additional software. An example of additional software is Android File Transfer (Google LLC). For details, refer to the Transferring content using Mac computer section in the Help Guide. The Content Transfer app version 1.1 installed in an Apple® Macintosh® computer will work with the following Walkman® players: USA. Latin America.
